What is a Fulfillment Credit?
A Fulfillment Credit covers the administrative fulfillment for one client’s 35 day cycle, including document preparation, letter processing, mailing, tracking, and status updates within the defined fulfillment period.
Fulfillment Credits represent work performed, not results promised. They are not tied to credit score changes, removals, or outcomes—only to the completion of fulfillment services requested by the CRO.

Administrative preparation and submission support for complaints directed to applicable regulatory or oversight agencies, when requested by the CRO.
Preparation of dispute documentation aligned with applicable consumer reporting laws, based solely on information and instructions provided by the CRO.
Formatting of dispute documentation to align with Metro 2 reporting standards and general credit reporting guidelines.
Administrative preparation of documentation and records to support escalated disputes, if pursued independently by the CRO or their legal partners.
Administrative assistance with preparing and submitting Better Business Bureau complaints, when applicable and requested.
Preparation and submission of consumer complaint documentation to the Federal Trade Commission, when applicable and when requested by the CRO.
Status updates and documentation tracking following completion of the fulfillment cycle, including activity summaries made available through the CRO’s software.
